This month's spotlight is on japanese artist, CHARA! Our theme? Avatars!
Rules
There are just a few rules to go over before entering:

♥ Must feature CHARA
♥ Must be 100x100 pixels
♥ Must be in .gif, .jpg, or .png format
The challenge officially ends December 1st at midnight, EST.
