Contact Form
Here is one form that you can use to get into contact with me. Whether you need to tell us of a level up or
mastery of a deck, or you would like to quit, here is the form that you use! Just be sure to make it clear to
the reason for contact.
Level Up: When you level up, you recieve two choice cards and three random.
Mastery: Check here for mastery prizes.
Quitting: If you're quitting, please be sure to list all of your cards in the comments line or leave your
cards for me to record what you had. I will send an email back to confirm.
